CUP PROFILE:

This is a dark roasted Neapolitan blend designed for espresso but also amazing for dark drip lovers.

We set out to create a roast Ideal for milk based drinks that is also great straight up without the over roasted notes.  

Our Neapolitan Blend has an intense pleasant bittersweetness that cuts through milk amazingly well. The dark chocolate sweetness turns creamy with lots of body and crema. This blend is not over roasted like many others.

80% Arabica / 20% Robusta and 100% better than the rest.

We drop this at the first signs of second crack. Which means there should be very little oils on this bean.


Single-Serve Pods: 

Compatible with Keurig® brewers with Keurig® 1.0 and 2.0 machines. No adapters needed. If you have a Keurig® brewer, these work exactly like any other single-serve cup — just with significantly better coffee inside.

What makes our pods different?

Brewing tip: Start with a 6–8 oz setting and adjust to taste. Choose a smaller cup for a more concentrated brew.

Compatibility: Works with most Keurig® K-Cup®-style brewers. Not compatible with Ninja® or Cuisinart® brewers, Keurig® K-Crema, or the Café Smart Refrigerator brewing system.

Disposal: Empty the grounds, rinse, and check whether your local recycling program accepts #5 plastic coffee pods.
